A technologist with a builder's heart.
Hello — I'm a technologist from Bali, Indonesia. I've spent the last two-plus decades building digital platforms across marketplaces, retail, logistics, fintech, and now banking — the kind of systems that need to keep running while the business reinvents itself around them.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and people. I've led multi-year roadmaps, migrated legacy stacks in months, bridging the gap between startup agility and enterprise stability.
I am a lifelong technologist at heart who finds genuine joy in the craft and the conundrum of complexity in it.
Overseeing 700+ people in 9 cities, across planning, architecture, operations, and change management. Responsible for the bank's full technology landscape — from the roadmap to keeping the lights on, and everything in between.

Enterprise Architecture · Digital Platforms · Infrastructure Modernization
Drove enterprise architecture, technology standardisation, and digital readiness across the bank — building the internal capabilities and platform foundations that made the bigger transformation possible.
Digital Ventures · Healthtech · Proptech · Edutech
Stood up an innovation unit inside the bank — startup pace, corporate backing. We shipped ecosystem platforms across health, property, and education to bring the bank into parts of people's lives where banking apps don't usually reach.

Shipped digital platforms across Health-Tech, Prop-Tech, and Edu-Tech as the bank's ecosystem strategy.
Built a distribution network that brought the bank into customer touchpoints well beyond traditional channels.

CMS · OnlineShop · Web 2.0
Where it all started. Building sites for clients across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg in the early Web 2.0 era — bespoke CMS, custom e-commerce, a lot of Flash, and an embarrassing amount of enthusiasm for CSS3.
Web 2.0CMSCSS3
Designed, built, and shipped a wide range of CMS and e-commerce projects.
Modern UX principles applied early — when most of the web hadn't caught up yet.
Combined dynamic animation and CSS3 craft into engaging, characterful interfaces.
03 — Principles
Hard-won, opinionated
How I build.
P / 01
Strategy is just architecture, drawn larger.
Three-year blueprints, quarterly bets, weekly trade-offs. Same skill, different zoom.
P / 02
Velocity and quality aren't a trade-off.
5× faster delivery and 60% fewer defects, in the same year. The lever is craft, not heroics.
P / 03
Teams scale on culture, not headcount.
2 → 50, 5 → 100, 400 → 700. The shape changes; the principles don't.
P / 04
Bet on platforms, not features.
The features get rewritten; the platforms outlive the org chart.
P / 05
Migrate while the train is running.
Stack swaps, M & A integrations, regulator deadlines — done in months, not years, without dropping a packet.
P / 06
Be a useful nerd.
Geeky enough to read the code, strategic enough to read the room.
